The One Agent Company branding, design, and hosted service features are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through our services. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services, including AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral), communication platforms (Telegram, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp), and cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Agent Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
